  1. Black-white musical interaction during the Jim Crow era has always been a great interest of mine. This is such an odd little number, but I've always liked it. Would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in the studio that day.

    1. I agree! And as far as I know this is the only tune recorded that day, at least with JR's participation; sure wish there was more. And, considering, it's kind of funny the label says nothing about the Armstrongs, crediting Jimmie only as "yodler [sic] with guitars and string bass."
