  1. This is probably the strangest Jack Scott record I've every heard - kinda spooky, an intriguing sound from another dimension . . .

    1. It certainly betrays Jack's Italo-American origins doesn't it? (And he was born in Canada!) I grew up on his "hits" like "My True Love" and "What in the World's Come Over You" but this one has become a latter day favorite, probably because it's a "spooky . . . sound from another dimension." The guy's pretty great, though, and also did country, gospel, etc. A long way from "Greaseball"/"Leroy."

    I agree, he is pretty great - and it's nice to hear a fellow Canadian ;-)
